Just purchased my second vehicle through them and Pat went out of his way to find the right car for me. He literally called me when it came of the truck because he KNEW what I was looking for. He got my interest lowered
and then Justin went the extra mile in securing an even lower interest rate for me last minute . HIGHLY recomend Pat!!

I have had my truck from there for 3 months and I have already dumped close to 5 grand into it, not that it matters but my down-payment was close to 75% the total price of the truck. Sold me on a horrible warranty that covers pretty much nothing. Thanks Progressive Auto for getting back to me on these issues I assume you have washed your hands with it and made your money

Prompt response to calls and emails. Delivered car free of charge to Windsor. Also delivered several items requested at the time of sale, including some touch up paint, bracket for front license and new manual in English as it originated in Quebec and thus, French. Couldn't be happier.
