Details: Vehicle was sold in good working order was told transmission was slipping a bit but when they drove it seemed fine as they claimed, when I asked about they said if there was an issue they would give me my money back or put it towards another vehicle on their lot.
On the way home with the vehicle the transmission was slipping bad and would not go into reverse I told the dealership and was told to keep them informed when I knew what the issue was. I took it into a local transmission repair shop and was told the transmission needed a complete replacement cost $3000.00 I then informed the dealership as requested and was then told it was sold AS IS!
I was willing to work with them and offered to pay half the repair cost as I understand it was a used vehicle but was not willing to be on the hook for the full amount as they knew it had issues but did not disclose to me how bad it really was. They told me they were now not willing to help me in any way!!
ALL RANDY AND DAN SELL ARE LEMONS!! Keep your money do not buy anything from these SCAM Artists!!
All they care about is getting your money, I tried to be nice and was willing to work with them but they just said “Sucks to be you”
