They billed me for that visit, and planned to bill me again when they returned with the gauge. I asked them not to return and now am being strongarmed into paying an invoice for work they didn't do.

No idea how anyone gave more than 2 star review but from an HONEST standpoint from someone who has dealt with them they basically want too much money for unprofessional work. Don't use this company unless you want to be scammed with mediocre work done they will try taking advantage of you, especially if you live in north end so beware!

I called Custom and Chad and Shannon came in 3 days and were polite, friendly, explanatory and efficient. This seems to be a well run company that will help you breathe easy. We are grateful for the excellent service and wish we'd tried them first instead of living with the problems longer than needed!

After calling several Sarnia plumbers, Custom Plumbing was the able to get to my place in Wiltshire Park the soonest. Matt, the owner, even tried to dispatch someone over the week before they were due to come. Unfortunately, I missed the call. Chad was friendly and very skilled at removing and replacing the Emco cartridge on the shutoff valve and removing and replacing the frost free hydrant outside. He obviously turned the water back on to test for leaks and found none. I highly recommend Custom Plumbing in Sarnia.

Custom Plumbing was availability and promptly showed up on the same day at the time they indicated. Very happy with the service provided and the expertise in the repair.
