★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely easy to deal with for repairs. Great people, shuttle service, rents, buys, and sells vehicles. My favourite place to hold due to a hilarious, but informative, track speaking about the staff at their location.
My only negative would be that I would like to have more details on the specifics of pricing. That said, their estimates have never been far off and service is generally very quick.
All in all, great place in Sarnia if you ever need anything involving a vehicle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had a scenario where a customer was stranded in Sarnia with a noise coming from under their vehicle. Being hours away we were unable to assist in them. First reached out to a shop we knew and got turned down pretty hard. After checking the Map, we realized there were other shops in the area and decided to reach out.
The phone was answer very professionally by a gentlemen name Gilbert. I then told him the situation we had and asked him if he could squeeze in the customer to get them on the road for home. Without a hesitation he told me get the car there and he would take care of them no problem.
The customer picked their car up from the one shop that was unable to help and went right there and before they knew it they were on the road for home!
BIG SHOUT OUT to Gilbert and AutoMax for the exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend your service any day!!
