Terrible Parts department and would not return my call. Called 2 days previous to order parts as we were without a vehicle. Called 4 times that day throughout the day and each time I left my number and reason for calling to the secretary. I finally got through on the 5th call. Oh and I had the part numbers for them to order so there tough job of looking up parts wasn't too hard for them. I finally got through, gave them the part number and they ordered and said they will be in tomorrow and would call me, 2 days later no call back. I called and got the secretary and left my name and number each of the 3 times ,before noon with no return calls. Its a disgrace that Honda allows them to be a dealership. I wouldn't buy a pack of crackers from this terrible dealership!!!

My car was having some serious problems with the engine , got it towed straight to honda . Within the hour I had updates on my vehicle and by the end of the day they had already fixed my 2017 honda civic . Great customer service and just nice people to deal with in general !

Worst customer service. They don't even want to explain customers about finance and car features. They just simply say us to research online or on Honda website. I don't know why these kind of people are getting jobs in Honda.

Just purchased a vehicle here, my wife and I both were very impressed with the customer service. We dealt with Brad and he was very knowledgeable, friendly, and not pushy whatsoever. In our experience we found other local dealerships were almost annoyed by any questions or concerns and we felt as if we were bothering the associates and didn't feel welcome at alot of the other dealerships. Brad took time to welcome us before the dealership was even open but again was not pushy at all. Curt went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth and seamless for us, again outstanding customer service all around ? We were offered to sit in the waiting lounge instead of on the sales floor (no other dealership offered this to us) which is comfortable, you have a view of the shop so you can see your vehicle being serviced (clearly nothing to hide in the shop with literal transparency) and there are lots of beverages to choose from. We understand that we didn't go to hang out in the lounge and make friends but you get a real good feel of what your future experiences will be like by seeing how much care and effort they put in, and everyone we dealt with at Auto House Honda treated us very well and went out of their way for us. Overall this was our best experience at a dealership hands down. Thank you again to everyone who helped us and we look forward to buying another car here in the future.

Took my car in at 8:30 am for a tire swap and alignment done. Didn’t get my care back until end of the day because booking an appointment for 8:30 apparently means absolutely nothing. Only to find out by taking it to another shop for a slow leak in one of my tires that the passenger front ball joint and control arm is loose and needs replaced… you would think the mechanic that did the alignment would have noticed that. Will not be getting any work done here ever again.

I have two Honda cars for last 5 years. I am happy with service dept. but customer service is very bad inside the showroom. No welcoming, no smiling, they just have one answer for all my doubts and the answer is β€œ check our website you will find everything β€œ and full silence as if they want me to leave. Really annoying customer service inside the showroom. This happened second time to me. After my first experience years back, I decided I would never come back to this place, but this time my friend forced me to accompany him. I told him about my experience and warned him, but he still wanted to go. Finally the same happened. We entered the showroom, the gentleman sitting at the reception ignored us, until we went to him and asked him can we speak to a salesman, and he pointed to his right side and said, you will find someone that side. Then we went to that direction and saw one salesman, I asked him do you have a minute, he replied yea I have some seconds for you. Then we asked him we need to buy a civic, could you please help us, he gave us a brochure and said here is all the information, you can go online and order and come here to get it. As if I came to order a pizza. Then my friend asked few questions and all he said was go check our website. My friend understood I was not lying about their customer service and he decided to drive all the way from sarnia to London Honda showroom. Hate auto house honda customer service inside the showroom. I love honda cars and still driving it, and I will come back to do my regular service as I love the people in service dept.

Autohouse Honda has been servicing my 2018 Accord since I bought it and I have never had anything less than fantastic service. I have always found the prices reasonable and the quality of the work has never been in doubt. I had my car in today getting it ready for winter and some shiny new rear brakes, dropped it off last night in the night drop and they were all done by 11. Fantastic service from the service adviser John as well! If you have a Honda or want a Honda, I would definitely recommend these folks!

Not impressed. Brought the car in for scheduled service. Quoted $284.95 for oil change and brake inspection. They messaged us it needed new pads etc on the back and the front brakes needed adjustment. Also needed cabin filter. I asked what it would be and she quoted $660.00 plus tax. If I wanted the work done, I had to OK it through text, which I did. I get the bill for $845, including tax. I asked why the difference. No explanation, but they said there was nothing in writing stating the verbal quote. If you agree to get extra work done more than planned, make sure you get it in writing Their verbal quotes don't mean anything.
