I dealt with Adam in sales and Jason in financing and they were both excellent to deal with. Great selection of vehicles as well. I would definitely go there in the future when I have my credit in better condition.

S	Shawn Vennari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. I could list every problem ive had with my 2019 sierra elevation 4x4 that I purchased new but nobody would take the time to read it. Mike the service manger deserves an academy award on acting so dumb. I was told not to drive down gravel roads as my tire was deteriorating after 6000km. always had a vibration when driving around 120km. I was told my toyo a/t tires were too aggressive and thats what was causing truck to shake. Nearly got into an accident pulling trailer. and service tech laughed at me. trailer brake module had to be replaced 27000km. Fast forward to today. I used my remote start on saturday only for defrost not to work. unless key is in ignition. I then called MacFarlane hoping it was a simple setting. Sarah emailed me instructions which did no correspond with my menu. She emailed me back stating my truck doesnt have the defrost feature with remote start. They have an excuse for everything.
G	Glenn Couture on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told Ken if my truck was going to cost anything don't touch it I said if it wasn't under warranty don't touch it I ended up paying $100 when they weren't supposed to touch it I will never go back there again I will never buy a new vehicle there I was planning on buying a new vehicle there and then one of the other guys the desk told me if I knew what was wrong with my truck I should have just fixed it myself buy the part and put it on myself I told him then it would void my warranty he said well nobody has to know you put it on what kind of service is that my truck has a 5-year extended warranty and they won't fix it because they don't know what's wrong with it I have a real good idea what it is a part that's under $100 but they wanted to put a new computer in it which cost over $4,000 that seems fair rate than just doesn't it I wouldn't advise anybody to buy even a toothpick there that was the worst experience I had in all my life I paid $92,000 for my truck and that is the service that I get for warranty I wouldn't advise anybody to go there
