Brad Banks was a great sales representative he was courteous and was welcoming to me and helped me make my buying experience a great one. Brad took the time to explain everything to me and the transition was seamless. I would highly recommend Brad and Lambton Chrysler .

Immediately I got response from Brad Banks and he did preliminary paperwork and placed the order in Italy. Today I got my Renegade, the team worked out very well, providing all important documents and today I got my Renegade. I really appreciate what Lambton Chrysler team has done.

Brad B was great. He was patient, kind, and answered all 1000 questions about the vehicle, and then repeated the same answers to my wife. He did his best to allay our fears about the vehicle. We were offered a 30 day warranty on it.
We live in the GTA, so this was about a 2.5 hr drive for us. We liked the vehicle and Brad got us a better price than advertised.
The vehicle was well detailed, and had a full gas tank, when we drove it off the lot. It truly felt like a new vehicle.
The finance manager, Candice, was super thorough and efficient. She was as excited as we were when picking up the vehicle. I'm most grateful, she didn't try to sell us on 'extras'.
Overall, I had a great experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X. I live North of Barrie and therefore completed the deal remotely via phone and email. Brad Banks was a treat to deal and banter with and could not be happier with the experience and outcome.
On the day I was to pick up the truck our schedules didn't align, Brad was on the phone with me the next morning to complete the vehicle orientation from the previous day.
