S	S “DafuqUwant” Ram on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick work on repair, replacement and painting rear bumper and quarter panel, just under a week to complete. A little upset upon pickup to see bubbles/specks in paint where they pushed out the dented panel. Was reassured they could buff out. Also disappointed that they didn’t have bed rail cover re installed along the side that was repaired. Friendly staff though, just disappointed that they couldn’t have ordered the new rail cover when they ordered rear bumper. (waited almost three months for bumper to arrive due to stock shortages which was out of CSN control but could’ve ordered new bed rail cover at the same time, knowing that they snap easily on removal, which is what the gentleman told me upon pickup)

The staff was wonderful and more than helpful setting everything up with Enterprise and having them deliver the car on the day of because I would have my kids in tow. They even offered to help with the carseats ! Very friendly and professional environment, text updates throughout the whole process, from start to finish. They even washed and vacuumed the vehicle free of charge for me ! It was like an early Christmas gift !! I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in need of services, and though I hope I will not need anymore repairs anytime in the foreseeable future, I would and will 100% use CSN St.Clair Collision Centre again ? Thank You !

My repair happened during Covid & when there were shipping & delivery issues throughout the whole country & beyond (Honda parts for a newer vehicle including electronic sensors). They kept in continuous contact with me about my parts & labour. They dealt with everything for me including my insurance claim & my rental. I can't thank them enough for all of their hard work & kindness for I am sure has been a stressful time for them. Thank you to the manager Richard, the mechanics & autobody team, the admin staff and a BIG shout out to Kerry & Kerry, you ladies are truly genuine & awesome! Thank you

I cannot remember the last time I dealt with a business that was as pleasant to deal with as the CSN St. Clair Auto team; especially since the reason I was there was for collision repair! It could have had the potential to be a truly negative experience, but I can think of nothing throughout my time dealing with them that was poor quality. Just walking in the building I felt welcomed, listened to, and what I really appreciated was how they took the time to explain everything in detail. Not to mention they are just a fabulous group of people, that's the icing on the CSN cake! Highly recommend this business and I can say with confidence it is the only auto body shop I'll ever want to use in the future. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, CSN St. Clair Auto Team!

They had everything set up for my rental vehicle within minutes. My vehicle was in the shop for less then a week and it looked amazing! Even though they worked just on the front door, the entire interior was detailed and smelt better then “that new car smell”. After a concern that turned out to be my fault, the owner was kind enough to meet me in person and discuss the concern. The owner was a polite, sympathetic, and a “true gentleman” in my opinion. The team at CSN St. Clair Auto were kind enough to fix the issue no charge, that never was there problem to begin with. I truly appreciate the extra time and effort they put into my vehicle, and words cannot express how thankful I am. No doubt, the best auto body shop in Sarnia-Lambton.

Additional service to arrange rental car, etc was above and beyond expectations. Special kudos for completing a detail of the interior in addition to the auto body work done. What I though would take two weeks only took 5 days. I also had no idea they would be giving me my car back washed inside and out! So happy with my experience. I would 100% recommend this business.
