L	Laurie Pretty on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have lived here since Dec of 2013 and am very happy in my 1 bedroom apt . It overlooks the trees at the back of Food Basics. I done have to worry about snow removal and enjoy the clean laundry room closely located. The controlled entry is great. The parking is fine and it is close to everything, Lori and her staff are very nice and glad to help with everything I may need. The apt is new carpet and newly painted. Every thing works fine. very happy.

A fresh coat of paint and the place looks amazing, they even replaced the electrical outlets! i cant wait to have a new place to call home with my family and im really impressed with the way CLV group has taken these low rise apartment buildings and made them a really wonderful place to live. Cindy was a really wonderful sales rep, she did a very good job making sure we got what we were looking for and Lori-Ann was very helpful and attentive to helping us get the place. i look forward making new friends at 835 and have a place to call home for a while

The apartment building is very clean and well maintained. I am pleased with the overall experience, Lori made me feel very comfortable, my daughter was moving out on her own with her new baby boy and I feel at ease knowing that she is living in such a great environment.Thank you Lori Jones.

Lori Jones is a super nice person, who is willing to make your experience great! Lori has helped me find another great apartment on Devine. The apartment building is clean, the apartment is spacious for me and my son. I feel safe and comfortable here, which is a big thing for a single mom. If it wasn't for Lori's help I would still be living with my parents. I want to say thank you to Lori for everything, she does such a wonderful job with everything that she does for CLV and us tenants.

I've lived here for 4 years now and am very pleased with the maintenance staff as well as Lori Jones, who runs the front office. She does her job extremely well and is very professional with the tenants. If I have any questions/concerns or am in need of a minor apartment repair she takes note of it immediately and the maintenance staff is quick to respond. The atmosphere within the complex itself is quiet and inviting so because of this, and the competency of the CLV GROUP staff, I've recommended to friends, family and clients of mine that if they are looking for an apartment they should definitely come here.
C	Christy Beauvais on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CURRENTLY THERE IS NO HOT WATER HERE AGAIN!! This is an on-going problem here going on 5 x now since Skyline took over for the last company. There has been no compensation for any of the inconveniences that us tenanus have experienced. The last time this happened we never had hot water for 3 WEEKS. This is completely inexcusable. The complex also has a very bad ant problem that has not gone away (for the 10 years that i've lived here) even after a company came and put gel down. The problem is now 3x as bad and the company that put the ant gel down put it near light switches and even on my dishwasher. Skyline should be adminstering ant traps but they refuse. I also had a broken cupboard door and it took him nearly 30 days to fix it. I'm completely fed up with how Skyline has turned a blind eye to these issues and the people who are in the main office here are not accomodating. You hear a lot of " I don't know's" here.
