★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Work was worth 5 stars but the bill wasn’t. For 35 minutes of work I was expecting a bill for an hour, which I got, no problem. The issue I have is paying $40 for “materials”. Really? It was the snake tool he used to clear the drain. He didn’t leave it with me for $40. He took it because it’s a tool. We didn’t require any “materials” to fix the problem. That is really tacky to me. I can afford the bill but that’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve seen on a contractors itemized breakdown of costs. We had a couple of rooms built in our basement this year as well. Thankfully we weren’t billed for the hammers they used.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a drain issue that baffled all of the handyman’s in my family. Casper was quick to come up with a solution that was economical and a best solution besides drilling into my cupboards. Casper is a wonderful person, very professional, fast and thorough. I wouldn’t call anyone else except Ghost plumbing! I cannot say enough about him and his lovely wife…..they truly are wonderful people and very hard working! Thank you SO much for solving my issue so quickly!
