Switched to Telus.. Virgin mobile wasn’t very helpful at all… was with them for basically 14 years and I’ve finally had enough. Seemed like a hassle asking for help even.

No one showed up when I made an appointment. I called the next day and they said my order wasnt done correctly, and the technician didn't know. I got an appointment 5 days later. The next day after making the new apartment I got a call from a lady who would not clarify why but she had to cancel my appointment. I called back to get info but was reassured my order wasn't canceled. 5 days later I called to confirm that they where on there way. They said it was canceled. After a long time they said a guy did come out on the day of the first appointment, and that there was no space to hook up my house to the internet. And that there was nothing that they could do. A complete waste of my time having wasted 2 weeks of my time. Either they have lied to me over and over, or they are completely stupid and unable or unwilling to do there jobs.

BETTER TO GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! Terrible communication. But If you want a company that puts zero effort into fixing problems and fails to communicate with you, virgin is your company. When its good, its good. Just hope you don’t have any problems. I have had a virgin phone for a long time, but I want to get away from this company now! I upgraded my device, which came with a great plan and a new phone for cheap. I got the phone, and it was busted. It would lock me out and seem to forget my password that had just set. When I contacted the company, I was told to return it which I did. They never sent me a replacement phone. After a while I called to be like β€œwhere is my phone?”. Turns out, when I sent the phone back, they just cancelled my upgrade without informing me that they were not replacing it and told me I had to go through the upgrade process all over again. Problem was, the deal that I had was no longer available. Upset, I called them and was basically told there was nothing they could do. They could not give me the deal I had signed up for because it expired, even though I had upgraded at the time. Its not my fault they just decided to cancel my plan. Also, the phone was no longer in stock and they couldn’t even tell me when they might get another one. They couldn’t even tell me IF they would ever get another one. Apparently, they can’t order one for me… figure that one out, o phone company that can’t order phones :S. I had already spent $40 on a phone case and such which was now useless. They recommended that I phone around and try to find the phone myself! So now they want me to fix the problem they created?! So, the bottom line is that I don’t get the plan or phone I wanted because they screwed up and sent me a broken phone and I’m out $40 with a useless phone case now. NOT HAPPY! Better to go with someone else.

Went to port over my number but was not able to do it. Erin was extremely great to make suggestions and made sure my experience was awesome, was able to get a new phone and able to get the best deal. Thx Erin.

I went to the virgin kiosk to upgrade my phone. Devin was incredibly helpful and made upgrading my phone quick and painless☺️ 10/10 customer service

Went to go look at new phones for my mom and wasn't planning on leaving with a new one, when Devin asked what I was looking for and I explained the situation. He totally understood and was able to get my mom a brand new phone and a better plan! Thanks so much Devin, she loved it!

called to make an appointment to get help setting up an eSIM on a new phone ( a service they did last year) and was told they can't help and that customer service has to help. I had already spent 2 hours with customer service with no luck and decided to try an in person service. feeling disappointed

I came in during the last hour and everyone was very quick to help me. I explained Devin my situation and he was very understanding and tried to get ahold of customer service right away. When that didn’t work, he quickly replaced my SIM card and assured me that my services will be back on quickly. It was a great experience, especially having no luck contacting customer service for days. I was out of there in 20 minutes with everything solved. He was able calm to a stressful situation. Thanks again Devin!
