Best customer service I've had in years to a missing part on a newly purchased dryer missing item. Tom and Lana went beyond their way. To make a story short. The store didn't have the item, Tom gave me cash, found the store which carried the missing item, with plenty of change to spare. Samsung customer service did nothing. Best Buy were brilliant.

Wanted to buy a new laptop. I had a few basic questions about accessories, but after 45 mins no associate offered me any help. I looked right at the guy, he looked at me and then just walked away. I called out to him and he just ignored me. Another woman, just walked by pretending I didn't exist.... They weren't busy or engaged with anyone else. Long story short...I found what I was looking for online for $50 cheaper and I'll never go back to this Best Buy again.

Who thought it was a good idea to organize the store by brand? Good luck finding, or comparing anything. Wanted to compare tablets, couldn’t find the one I saw online. Asked an associate and they said β€œwe have it, do you want it?” I wanted to compare it to other sizes, but it wasn’t on display, couldn’t open the box in store. Was told companies have to pay to have each of their products on display, I’d just have to buy it and hope for the best. No wonder these retail stores are going extinct.

Horrible Customer Service. 0/5 Stars. Went in on Saturday March 19, 2022 at 6:00 pm. Wanted to buy a 65" Sony Television for my Father. Waited for 15 minutes and was not acknowledged by any sales people. There were 3 young salesmen standing around each other looking at their cell phones and laughing. They saw me but not one came over to talk to me or my wife. I went back to the entrance and asked the greeter if he could arrange for a sales person to talk to me and he told me to go back to the Sony area and he would send someone right over. I waited another 15 minutes and still no sales person. My wife asked one of the "kids" for some help as we have been waiting for quite some time. She was then called rude. Another "kid" with a clip board came over and told us we were aggressive, and need to leave. I could not believe what had just happened. I have always purchased PC's, laptops, and televisions at Best Buy. We went to Gibby's Electronics and they were very nice and helpful. We purchased from them. I will never go back to Best Buy for anything, EVER.

This is literally the BEST Best Buy ever!! I just had a really horrible situation with my Z Flip 3, it completely killed itself, and Samsung was completely useless and offered no support whatsoever. As a last resort I went to this Best Buy, thinking I would get nowhere considering I bought the phone 4 months ago. However the extremely nice lady Kayla was very professional and kind and understood my situation. She was able to provide me a full refund, I am so very grateful, considering I was almost out almost $1400. For this reason, I will only ever shop at this Best Buy and am so happy that someone has my back, even though most companies shift blame and accomplish nothing with useless policies (@samsung).

Best experience ever in my life. The team leader was the absolute real problem solver. In my 19 years living in Canada, without having to get angry and get my heart rate go to 200 and having to explain why I am not happy, problem was solved and I am truly happy how they handled my problem. I am truly grateful. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the 2 gentleman who helped . Not the first 2 people that they tried every thing to not help but once they called the team leader, that was it. I didn’t have to say a word. Problem was over. Thank you all.

We bought a Sony Bravia here, a few weeks ago. The salesperson was good, and fairly informative. We had a very specific choice of sets to buy, but she was good navigating and answering our questions. We ended up buying a 65 inch set. All in all, it was about a 20 minute transaction, painless and quick. My only negative was the push for extra coverage. I really wish they wouldn’t attach compensation for pushing these insurance plans. If I want it, I’ll ask for it, and once I say no, stop trying to convince me. Other than that, it was a good experience. We will definitely return.
