★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been going there for years. Normally they do a great job. But however this time we had one issue. They did a great job on the new screens on the two samsung S5's and a samsung S3. The S3 also needed a new charge port. It was either $450 or $480 and normally two S5's screens cost $200 each and S3's are $120. So i pretty much got the charge port free and a couple bucks off. We saved over $150 I'd say.
NOT UNLOCKING ...The two Samsung S5 phones only say they are on 3G when they should be saying 4G or LTE... it could be a rare mistake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You call and explain to them what's going on with your phone. They give you a price over the phone but when you go in and talk to them again about it, it's a different price , and usually a much higher one. I dislike this and its happened more than once to different people I know. Not impressed. And when they fixed my backing on my phone and returned it, my speaker wasnt working properly anymore either. But on the plus side they gave me a bottle of wine ? ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reviews are true. They sold me a "new" phone that doesnt work. He never gave me a reciept and refused to fix it even claiming i didnt buy it there. I tried to pay debit but the machine didnt work. Convenient for them as i couldnt even show him that. Complete trash business. DO NOT GO!

They never answered the phone and give you different excuses. I told him I want the computer back but he told me to wait another week. There are zero start rating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've gone to this store for every screen repair as they do a great job. Their prices are a bit steep but I know the quality is good so I keep paying. However, I have removed stars because they do not follow their own store hours. Its supposed to open at 10:30am. It is currently 11:35am and they're still not open. I texted the number and was told he's "on the way...ten minutes." Not very professional at all.
