The are committed to excellent customer service and were very patient and supportive with my wife and I as we worked through some problems with our Mac computer. They go above and beyond to provide a high level of tech expertise and everyone on staff are friendly and willing to work with you until all problems are resolved and the customer service. This is the place to go for Mac purchase and support!!

β β β β β The entire team at Simply made fixing my MacBook battery/keyboard so easy. They were patient with all my questions on the phone before I even stepped foot into the store. When I did go in, they thoroughly explained the repair process and helped me understand my options. Nick and the entire staff were extremely knowledgeable and very kind. The best part: the repair was much faster than I expected!

β β β β β Long time occasional customer. Went in today, after having gone through apple customer care, to investigate an issue with my beats headphones. Although the staff were not able to save the headphones (suspected power issue - outside of warranty period), they took the time to trouble shoot them and have me some great recommendations on other headphones to consider as replacements.
Always appreciate a retailer who is willing to take the time to genuinely help you AND are willing to steer you to another retailer for products that they don't carry.
