He has always been happy to help or share his opinion on whatβs best for your set up or device. never over selling or overcharging no surprises. in fact the only surprise is how rare it is to find someone as honest about their craft. to top it off he is not an elitist and welcomes all levels of knowledge on the audiophile spectrum. 11/10 would recommend hands down for any service you need for your audio set ups.

β β β β β I really can't make up my mind whether I'm going to come back here for my turntable needs or just to talk to Nick!! He was just amazing to talk to and fixed my turntable's tone arm on the spot!! I found a vintage Akai table that I couldn't find a counterweight for... And he expertly altered my tonearm (which was missing a part) in order to fit a custom counterweight that was just perfect. Proof is in the pictures!

So lucky to have him and his genuinely kind and caring demeanor so close by. You won't see me going anywhere else but here for repairs or Turntable knowledge. Highly recommend. :)

β β β β β Canβt say enough about Nick at The Turnable Shop. Iβm a relative newbie and Nick spent hours educating and enlightening me about turntables and speakers.
He set me up with a Thorens 124 and a set of Quad 57s that blew me away. He did not try to up sell me and was genuinely interested in making me happy.
I bought this set up over a year ago and it has performed flawlessly since.
I have no problem recommending Nick to anyone.
