★ ★ ★ ★ ★ service was great at first but once i agreed to 'the proposal and promise of points' 2.5 hours after being run around, i paid twice the amount and No points in the end. Never again will i buy a phone here.. great sales pitch and service but follow through is crooked!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went here to upgrade my phone and with the deals and service they gave me I decided to upgrade three phones, my family's, not all mine. That plus a whole lot of PC points made the decision easy. They have very helpful and knowledgeable staff. This has become my go to store for phone upgrades for all the reasons I just listed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to say I had a great experience there today. I had a phone issue and the person there helped me fix it. I went to both the best buy and walmart in the same plaza and both places would not help me and told me to call the manufacturer. It turned out it was a very simple fix and the gentleman at the mobile shop was able to help me. I will definitely be coming back here and also recommending the mobile shop to my friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went and no one was around. Waited for about 10 minutes and then proceeded to go over to the cashier for the grocery store hoping that they would know where the person was. I was told that someone would be coming at sooner or later. I was in a rush went and did my grocery shopping and finally someone was there to answer my questions. If your going to leave it would be great customer service to have put a sign up stating back in 10 for a break or 30 minutes for lunch/supper. There was no sign stating anything.
