β β β β β They are definitely thorough, but hopefully you don't arrive when anyone else is at the store. I arrived with two people being helped in front of me, both took about half an hour. One guy explained to another customer about how he had too many photos for most of the time. During the backup of another customers phone I was never helped despite a long wait. After all this they did not have the Rogers modem I came for, so my entire wait could have been avoided

β β β β β Dylan was great, but rogers business service line was not available for help. Rogers should change the way stores are setup. Dylan should have the tools needed to make changes to any plan. If it wasn't for his customer service this would have been a ZERO star review.

β β β β β They do not let people without a drivers license or passport to even enter the store. Apparently a separate company from Rogers Canada. Worst service. Choose literally anywhere else!!

β β β β β I found employees very pleasant and helpful. Employee Dillan was very good. Although we were there 3 hours trying to get a plan but were unable due to technical support staff unable to assist adequately. We are at this time still waiting for a proper quote.
