★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually leave reviews but my experience at this store was nothing but top notch. There were several issues to work through (not by any means the stores fault, but issues with confusion between Bell and our account) but the service i received at this store was amazing through every annoying step. I was lucky enough to get Charlotte as my sales rep that helped me. She went above and beyond anything that I could have asked for. Getting my upgrade was delayed but she took time to regularly check in and provide me with updates. She was diligent and thorough and explained everything that was going on meticulously . There was a big delay but she would take the time to call me regularly and provide me with updates. In the end, I am a very satisfied customer who was considering going with another service provide, but knowing that I have someone like Charlotte for any future issues, I am glad that I chose Bell and this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a new phone which I love and I had a very nice knowledgeable and helpful associate named charlotte that took the time to listen to what I was looking for in a phone and she gave me a few options and I left with such an amazing new cellphone. I’m truly satisfied with the help I had in store and I’ll definitely be returning again in the future. Cheers ?

My husband and I bought the exact same phone at the exact same time. Both of us had issues with connection to wifi, battery life, no reception in country, pictures wouldn't send, videos were terrible and text messages were not sending. The employees at the store were not helpful and made it sound like it was our fault that we bought phones that don't work. The line was "Those are $1200 phone, they are good phones". A $1200 phone that doesn't work.
We went to the Pen Centre store. Stacey and Rick have been awesome. Both phones were sent away for repair, no questions asked and both came back with software download issue. Some of my "notes" in my downloaded files were carried over 33 times!!!
The Pen Centre store is actually run by Bell. The 4th Avenue/Vansickle store is a franchise. Go to the Pen!!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Bell store at Vansickle is by far the best one I've been to. The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable. I tend to find it stressful shopping for a phone or internet services, but Josh in particular makes the process easy and simple. During my recent visit, Josh helped me get a new phone and lots of great accessories. I'm so happy with my new phone, and everything he helped me pick out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well I must say that after all the customer service bell stores in the Niagara region that I have been to the one lady that works at this location was the nicest, fast working and actually did what the bell company says they can do. Thank you to Charlotte for your outstanding customer service and I'll be sending my friends your way. This chick has a working phone again. ???

We went over some options based on what I use it for, and picked the S21. It was made easy, fun, and I was out in no time. Thank you for your amazing service.
