★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service constantly goes down, when you call their technicians they do a reset and assume everything is fine. My connection has currently been very slow the last 8 days (under .5 mb/s) and when I call they just say "the technician is looking into it" and "we don't know when it will be fixed". They don't have any technicians working on weekends or after 5pm so if your service goes down on Friday at 5pm, have fun waiting until Monday. Not to mention you're locked into a 2 year contract, paying outrageous fees.
