I was in need of help to transfer information from my S9 Galaxy cell phone to my new S22 Galaxy cell phone. I didn't have a clue how to do it. Jessica was so helpful and polite and she was able to do the complete transfer so quickly. TELUS is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. She's brilliant. THANK YOU "JESSICA"
