Paid over 10 grand for my kitchen and when they installed it one of my droor doesnt slide in!
They are ignoring my phone calls for almost a month!
And now they are telling me they will come and take a look but its been already second week since we spoke!

I was very disappointed about their services. It was awful . It could be the worst customer services I have ever had in the world.
I book an appointment for measurements and a lady and a gentleman came for doing that. Then, nothing happened at all after that. Nobody contacted me, and I called so many times and left hundreds of voice messages and still nobody contact me . One month later I went to their show room and I met a girl there. She said she would check with the people who did the measurements and would get back to me. Two weeks later still nothing happened . I called again and the girl said she had asked the person just the Day before I called. Unfortunately are the measurements were lost . She said I probably would need to book another appointment for the measurements. OMG! Is that how you guys treat your customers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom paid over 10 grand for cupourds and a counter that was supposed to be installed mid july then they gave us another date to install on aug 10 so we ripped out the old kitchen and they called us at 1 pm on aug 9th to say they could not install it that day anymore but now i have no where to cook or clean dishes. Then they called us and said they would be herefri aug 13th to install but at 830 pm the night before the install they called again to cancell for a third time and now say they will be here mon aug 16 so another 4 days with no kitchen to cook in and all our new appliances are all through the house. I will never tell anyone to use this company as all they do is lie to you over and over. Our kitchen is now still in shambles with no sink or anything to use. We are washing dishes in a bath tub. Worst experience ever as now all the other trades i had booked to finish the job cant even come so to say anything they are costing us more money. If you are smart you should use another company
