We were absolutely thrilled with the service and information provided for us during our visits to their showroom. Said Abdulla was particularly helpful in giving us details on the rugs and making suggestions for us. We have dealt with the St. Catharines outlet many times in the past and quite frankly we don't even bother shopping or looking anywhere else. Their proven track record in the past has been enough to put our trust in them. Thank you to Said and the others on staff at this location who have always served us so well. The two gentlemen both were kind and professional, Harold in particular, has been very kind, patient and respectful. We had a unique design situation in searching for a specific size, look and design area rug for our front foyer. Harold quickly understood our situation and made outstanding efforts to accommodate us to find the best quality and correct rug. He went out of his way to ensure we were fully satisfied with our choice. I highly recommend dealing with this location and Harold.

Three years ago we went to Alexanian to inquire about carpeting for our staircase, 2 bedrooms, upstairs hallway as well as carpeting for our basement stairway. The store manager, Said, came to our home to take measurements and offer suggestions. We made the purchase and the installers were fantastic. We were so impressed with the customer service and the product we received 3 years ago that I called back recently to inquire about installing hardwood floor in our sunroom. I was so pleased to work with Said again and once again we received an amazing product and installation service. Said took the time to come to our home to take measurements and pictures of existing flooring we already had in our home and wanted to match. We also had a small stairway installed with a runner, matching the previous installation. Alexanian will always be our go to for any other future projects and we highly recommend them to everyone!

He was very professional and answered all of the questions. We ordered a Tuftex runner for the stairs and he walked us through the process and provided a quote promptly. The carpet arrived and was cut and bound quickly and he phoned us right away to schedule a time to install it. The install crew did an excellent job. Everything was conducted in a professional manner and they removed our existing runner and installed the new one in just over an hour. The whole process was quick and efficient and the quality is top notch. The carpet looks amazing - with no discernable seams - looks like one continuous piece and fits perfectly. We are very happy with the service provided and with our new carpet! We would definitely recommend working with Said and the St Catharines Alexanian team.

Working with the St Catharine’s store for my carpet installation was amazing . Trevor and RAF arrived on time , very friendly and got right to work to carpet 2 staircases in my new townhome, removing old carpet and installing new carpet . RAF had to correct work done by the Alexanian’s flooring installers ( see separate review) and he did so with a great attitude, to provide good customer service. They were finished in good time , cleaned up and headed out - offering to take with them garbage that the flooring installers left, along with other packaging materials I had from lights etc. What a delight working with Trevor and RAF - they even offered to come back if I found any issues . A night and day difference from the hardwood flooring installers . If you want carpet installers from Alexanians , ask for Trevor and RAF to ensure a great experience..
