I have been meaning to write this review for a while . This place was the first of a list we stopped at in April and we are so happy we did!! We were looking for an upgrade for our 70s bathroom , which seemed like a scary possibly pricey project . We met Jonathan our sales person in the showroom and he was awesome!! He spent a lot of time with us choosing new vanity, countertop, mirror and medicine cabinet, every detail including new faucet, knobs, measurements etc...so appreciated ! ! The price for really great quality products was substantially less than expected based on some online pricing we had done. The actual installation all done by in house people...not contractors..was done by Jerry ...who is so meticulous and professional !!! Everything including removal of our old tired stuff was seamless and definitely got the impression Jerry is of the old school work ethic and attention to every detail ! ! We had a painter in recently and he also mentioned how well done installation was compared to a lot of what he sees...ie crappy silicon patching etc. We are really happy with our new bathroom and would/have recommended this place to others....Thank you ! !!!

From the minute my wife and I walk into the store we had a good feeling, Dave was more then helpful. This was the first store that was willing to do everything from removing the old counter top and sink. When the counter top was installed ( by Cambria which did a great job ). The next morning the plumber came back and put all the drains back together. The whole experience was painless and the dollar value was fair. I would highly recommend this company

Very nice when my wife went to get a quote for our bathroom and kitchen. My wife and I were excited about that and were told they would get back to us for a quote to do our kitchen. But they are too busy... My wife tried calling back and so did I. My wife called a few times and I called twice and got a gentleman who keeps telling me he'll call me back and never does. I'm writing the review to let people know not to waste their time. They seem to have their clients already. 5 weeks later and no quote for the kitchen and no communication. Maybe they're good, we will never know...

They were happy to sell me a toilet but took two months to install it and only did so after nearly being forced to.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are fair. Bought a tub and going back for more.

DON’T SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING SCAMMED OR LIED TO. On June 18th I purchased a vanity for $1400 that was on display at St. Catharines kitchen and bath galleries. The vanity on display had two sinks. I only needed one sink and the salesman DAVE told me the only difference at all would be the vanity would come with one sink instead of two sinks. Finally when the vanity arrived the sink was completely different from the one on display in the showroom that Dave assured me I was getting and also wrote on the receipt I was getting the same one. After calling multiple times and explaining what happened because I was without a working sink in my home, the other man told me the other sink which I was told I was getting was an extra $350!! Finally after waiting 8 days Dave returned and I got a hold of him in which he answered in an extremely rude and aggressive manor telling me he did not say the sinks would be the same and he could even bring up the audio recording from the security cameras in the store. Before I could even finish a sentence Dave went on to call me a liar (funny cause I read another review of a customer saying they were also called a liar) and told me nothing would be done because he knows what he said. Never in my life have I heard a person in customer service act or talk like this to a customer. Disgusting and appalling behaviour. First off Dave tried to sell me on a faucet that didn’t even fit on the different sink I received. And secondly, on the original receipt I got from him he actually wrote “vanity just like display design”. To show everyone what a Mickey Mouse joke of a business this actually is I have attached three photos. One of the sink basin in the showroom, the one I received, AND A RECEIPT FROM DAVE ACTUALLY DETAILING THAT THE VANITY IS “JUST LIKE DISPLAY DESIGN”. Absolute joke of a business. Should be ashamed of themselves. After trying to contact them multiples times through email and phone and also head office multiple times with no response I guess the only way to go about this is to let the Niagara region know how this place handles business and customer service because it’s not right at all.

We are so happy with our bathroom renovation. It’s beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. We have an older home with many renovation/ construction challenges David was wonderful to work with. Very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Jerri was a master at his trade. I would highly recommend this company!
