★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if you want great internet and TV with excellent customer service, and don't need all the bells, whistles or rude customer service that the bigger companies have, Vianet is for you...Update: if there are issues with c/s there is always someone around who will go above and beyond to fix things :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a customer for over 10 years and I had to leave. The constant bullying and terrorizing from the customer service staff is absolutely appalling. Recently there's a girl who works there named Robin. She is the worst of the worst. She constantly called me names and made me feel suicidal on a number of occasions do not receive services from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inconsistent internet connection on Manitoulin Island. Multiple calls in for service and trouble shooting. I was told that someone would contact me in 24 hours to schedule a tech or trouble shoot on the phone. Neither of them have happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This internet has always been slow. But this year has been the worst. Cuts in and out constantly. Sometimes its out for days at a time. I call in and they ask me if my router is plugged in! I had to use my cell service to get on here because my wifi is out again. I cant wait to cancel this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They forced me to upgrade assuring me that the Internet would be faster than my 45 dollar Internet. They said that my new Internet would be 74 dollars. They charges me 100 dollars a bill which even if it was t4 plus tax isn't 100 dollars. They threaten to cut me off evey 2 weeks while over charging me. Ive tried talking to them and they make excuses and tell me its taxes. I just now found out that the bills ready on the first and they dont let you see your bill until the 3rd in which case they feel entitled to charge you 30 dollars extra. You want to tell me this isn't some kind of fraud
