★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I felt worse about myself walking out of the salon than I felt walking in.
I left the salon with *wet hair* which dried into a massive frizz halo and felt like dead grass (re: Mia Thermopolis pre magical makeover). I repeat, my stylist didnt even take the time to dry my hair.
The colour isn't what I wanted and neither is the cut. I'm sure all the stylists do excellent work but I guess today wasn't the day for me.
The positives: The salon was clean. The stylists were friendly/bubbly. My hair is now a different length???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never going again and NEVER recommending anyone to go there! Awful service. Had to ask them to do the bare minimum tasks such as washing my hair. Was told not to ask my hairdresser to do anything after my hair cut so she could leave earlier. Didn't speak to my relative for her entire haircut, didn't offer to wet hair before cut. Either they don't know how to cut people of colour hair or don't want to properly.
