NEVER AGAIN... Only have a 1 star cause couldn’t go lower! My wife went in we had an old group plan. She went in to upgrade her phone. The sales person told her if we switched to this new unlimited data plan would cost basically same amount. We got the first bill since then was quite a bit more but thought was just because maybe the bill date had changed. We now got our new bill it’s 100 more per month then from our plan. Go into the store to complain and they promise to give use a 150.00 customer loyalty credit on our account. Never got put on and now told nothing can be don’t by customer support line. Call back to complain and they tell us the bills correct and they can’t do anything despite being told by the sales person in store nothing would cost more. Now we can’t go back to our old obsolete plan and are stuck paying 100 more a month. As soon as my contract is up SO LONG ROGERS. You’ve lost 5 customers cause of 1 incompetent sales person.

Upgraded my phone today. Being a non techy phone user I was blown away by these 2 girls in this office. Best service ever, highly recommend dropping by & meet Abigail & Chanel. u won’t be disappointed. Thanks again girls. Love my purchase.

When you first walk into the store you are immediately greeted by an employee. My experiences at this location has been nothing short of spectacular. I feel like a VIP every time. The store is always clean and inviting. Now to explain the service from the staff, it's very much above and beyond anything I've experienced with any other providers or at any other locations. This is especially true with the store manager Karen! Her knowledge and experience is a valuable asset to this company. I have had multiple issues in the past where I was just able to walk in and Karen would be on it right away. She is very friendly and takes the time to make sure you fully understand everything. You can very much tell she cares about me the customer, and her staff. If she changed locations or even to a different provider I would likely follow.

I was a customer of Koodo for many years, I had recently heard about the promotions and good plans from Rogers. I switched to Rogers with the new iPhone 12, I was served by Craig the manager at this store, he's very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I had the right plan for me. I appreciate all the help and the service he provided to me.

Great service. They lacked stock but that was due to COVID. Great attempts at upselling that didn't seem pressured. Friendly staff members that laughed with us. Highly recommend this location for your Rogers needs. Only complaint I had were no deals to try and encourage more attach and selection on even older phones was small which meant sacrifice for buying the phone I wanted. But even still, I would only take one star away for that as they were excellent and highly recommend. I will be going back to deal more with my account.

Made us wait one hour just to tell us that we have to go to Apple to get a technician to help, I'm very disappointed that Roger's phone center just interested in money and not their loyal customer after 17 yrs ,come January i will be switching provider due to pay too much for way too little . apparently u rent a phone with no insurance , really sucks

Would not recommend, due to the pandemic they made us wait outside. That wasn’t the issue of waiting outside. It’s because they made us wait just to tell us they didn’t have the phone in stock. Instead of telling us when we first arrive. Will no longer continue my business at this location. Will not recommend my friends and family. Avoid this location
