★ ★ ★ ★ ★ FRAUD!!!!! PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM!! THEY THINK ITS PERFECTLY FINE TO SCAM PEOPLE. They take advantage of students who are already struggling by over charging them and they don;t even give you a refund when you make a complaint. They think customers are powerless and treat them without respect!!! PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!!! WASTE OF TIME , MONEY AND UNWANTED STRESSS!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a victim too!!! They are so proud of their lack of morals! So unethical.. they kept charging me even after my contract was over!! They can easily take advantage of you!! I lost my money and time and im gonna make sure they dont get away with this!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up for a new plan with the Samsung A5. Immediately started having problems with the phone. The phones microphone kept cutting in and out during calls. Called tech support and was told to reset the phone so I did. Issue remained and I called tech support again and was told to go into store to get a replacement. Went to store and the guy said he couldn't do anything for me and I would have to call tech support so I went home and called once again. I was send a loner phone and was told to send my phone to them for repairs. Phone was gone for a week and when I got it back it still did re same thing. I called tech support and was told I had to send it to them again. I refused and demanded a new phone and was told they would credit me half of the cost of the phone and I'd have to pay the other half to get a phone upgrade. I argued until they credited me about 90% of the phone. I then paid the remaining balance and cancelled my account. NEVER AGAIN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware that Virgin mobile provides the worst customer service, my friend was charged an extra $50 for 6 months after her contract ended and they refused to give her money back even after she reached out to them. And their higher managers are super rude. PLEASE DON'T THE SAME MISTAKE!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ALERT!!! they take your money even after the contract ends without notifying you. Yet they have no issues with spamming us with all the useless reminders to pay bill and other promos!! when i tried to make a complaint and get a refund their manager was so disrespectful, he said go ahead cancel the account. THEY HAVE NO SAME EVEN WHEN THEIR FRAUD IS CAUGHT!!!! this is how they make money!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently went to look at phones here, the salesman Spencer who helped me was very rude and quickly became frustrated when I asked too many questions. I was absolutely appaled by his lack of professionalism. Very poor customer service. I will not ever be purchasing services here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be able to buy a SIM here, take it home, set it up on your own time. Not anymore. Person who runs this kiosk insists they never do that, and demands that she set everything up right there and then. Aggravating. Furthermore, I tried to use Interac to top up my account through their website. Re-directed me to the bank's site to enter credentials and pay. When the bank tried to re-direct me back to the Virgin site, an error message was displayed and I was logged out of my account. Logged back in to discover that although I was charged $50, it's not reflected in my Virgin account balance. A call to customer service was a waste of time - they simply denied ever receiving a payment even though it's clear as day on my bank statement. So they basically stole $50. Thanks for nothing, Virgin.
