A	Ashton Angelina Real Estate on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall I love Sephora and their wide range of products and shop there regularly but I noticed that I am treated differently by some staff including one lady who I believe is a manager depending on if I am wearing makeup when I go in! In my experience and this has happened on multiple occasions, the staff are “too busy” to help me find anything even after asking for help if I go in with no makeup on! I was told that they didn’t have time and to go find it myself. Not sure if I am the only one but it’s kind of disappointing considering I spend 100s a month here. I’ve also noticed that the manager watches over the staffs shoulder when they are talking to customers to the point that it made me uncomfortable. Customer service is definitely worse when management is present in my experiences. That being said I have also had countless good experiences with many of the other staff members and would still go back.
S	Sarah Barnett on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Sephora this afternoon with a few friends. No one had told us that we couldn't pick up the packaging to read the ingredients. We all have sensitive skin a need to make sure that the expensive products we were potentially going to buy would work well for us. After being in the store for about 10 minutes, a lady came up and rudely took away any items we had from our hands without social distancing. we sanitized our hands upon walking into the store and were not told we couldn't touch anything. I had a product in my hands that I was going to purchase and had an employee come up to me telling me I had to give it to them because it was a tester... It was not a tester, it was a product, and I showed them that. I put my items down and we left. Completely unprofessional service today. I will not be shopping in store again, the staff need to learn manners and how to socially distance. Do not recommend.
T	Tia G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would have given 0 stars if possible. Never been in a sephora store and was my first time. Had to ask for assistance after passing at least 4 staff members. They didnt carry what I was looking for but then offered an alternative. However they used kleenex to dab the makeup to show me but then refused to let me have the kleenex to see if it matched my complexion. The kleenex was going into the garage either way. I'm not about to spend a fortune on something I can't compare to my actual face. That's why I went into the store. Won't be back. Ever.

K	Kim Richer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved that they do great screening at the front, telling you about the restrictions too. Helped right away. Found my products fast and checked me out quickly. I didn't have the opportunity to ask, but I would certainly hope that they absolutely require a mask and offer curb side or encourage online or get someone to pick up their products if they refuse to wear a mask with an excuse of having a "medical" exemption.
