★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Charmed Aroma and the little jewelry gifts you get inside each product. I had never seen these products until about two weeks ago when I discovered how cool these things were.
I usually buy them online, or have received them as a gift.
However, when I went to this location, one of the employees were a bit too suffocating with their customer service. I work in client relations myself, so I understand customer service being used for anti-theft practices, however, this particular employee made the experience a bit too uncomfortable.
I hadn't even spent a minute in the store before she interrogated me with questions about my shopping there. I enjoy a peaceful shopping experience, and after a customer politely hints that they're good, they should be left alone. It felt weird, uncomfortable and nerve wrecking to have someone interrogate you so profusely within your first minute in the store.
I didn't even get to purchase the 3 intended candles I meant to get. I hope training goes into place about bombarding people within the first minute of their shopping with so many questions.
