K	Kathy Stinson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!!! Over the phone you can expect to be on hold for a ridiculous amount of time before someone answers and when they do, man they are miserable. In-store you can expect to be treated like a number. Super cold and non helpful demeanor. Staff seem to hate every minute of being there. They are obvioulsy too busy for what they can handle. When you tell them that you are unhappy with their service they could not care less.

You can expect to wait on hold for over 20 minutes and they are the Most expensive when it comes to prescriptions needed to be paid out of pocket. When trying to switch pharmacies I was told I was “burning my bridges” What does that even mean!? Is that a threat? Unprofessional on all levels. Would not recommend!!

The assistant was kind however when she transferred the call to the pharmacist he spoke to me condescendingly all because I had questions about a prescription. I thought that was what they are there for... I'll be going to another location from now on. Don't be in the medical field if you can't show a bit of kindness and patience to clients... Shoppers Drug Mart should reconsider what kind of pharmacist they have representing their name!
E	Emily Roach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unprofessional. Was told over 2 weeks ago that they would fax my doctor for refills on my prescription, they never faxed my doctor. Went in to get my refill, and was told that the medication isn't even in my file anymore and that they didn't know why someone would have told me they were faxing my doctor. The disorganization of the pharmacy team has left me without any medication, as well as a number of withdrawal symptoms that have caused me to miss work. The staff member helping me was not at all apologetic about the error on their behalf. If you're looking for a reliable pharmacy that keeps their word, look elsewhere.

M	Mitchell Patterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful experience dealing with the "pharmacists". Took me 30 minutes to get through calling just to get someone on the phone saying we don't carry the drug, bye. No help, no consideration. Useless. Better to save your money go to costco or walmart.
