★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was calling just to ask a few simple questions and the person that answered was real grouchy… I asked two questions and she only answered one and was gonna hang up without saying by… asked if that was all and I said you didn’t answer my second question and she’s alll ooo what was it and the ways he answered was more than enough to not go to that store with the rudeness and tone of voice and also again just hang up with our saying. Anything else or goodbye just hung up… needless to say I will not be returning there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is really nice. Well organized and spacing between the shelves is cool unlike the one in the new Sudbury centre. I can’t stand to check something I will be interrupted 6 times every minutes with people who need to pass behind me. The staff at the beauty boutique are knowledgeable and nice but at the store cash out lanes and the Canada post they’re not as good :). Chris never smiles. It’s open 24 hours with a pharmacist on duty which is great. Standard Shoppers but with a beautiful beauty boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is over priced and signed me up for auto med renewing without my consent! Not acceptable! Go elsewhere for your meds, these people are sloppy and have also short handed me on my prescriptions before. Seriously get your meds elsewhere, you do not save any money or time with this longlake pharmasave.

The pharmacy assistant must have spent half an hour or more trying to figure out my coverage, only to tell me that my prescription is partially covered. Luckily, they didn't have my prescription in-stock and told me I could check across the street. I went there, and an hour later my prescription was ready and completely covered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever from a pharmacy. They partially filled a prescription and did not tell me that over half was still owing. They knew I lived out of town and filled it anyway instead of giving me the option of filling it somewhere else. So instead of making one trip now left trying to figure out how to get the rest. When I called to see when I could get the balance They hung up on me after I voiced the fact that they had inconvenienced me as they were not able to get me the balance of my meds before I leave town. I would give them way less than one star if I could. Very unprofessional to say the least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is totally inept. They never fix any of their internal customer service issues. They don't know how to work with people with mental health issues. They have also dispensed the wrong medication, have misspoken, or lied to me about many things. I have been treated very poorly.
If you have a mental health diagnoses and you are picking up medication they have no idea how to deal with people that have mental health issues. Go across the street. I transfered pharmacies.
