Horrible, very unprofessional and under qualified physician and support staff. This physician informed she was double vaccinated and terrified of unvaccinated individuals. Very sad that her vaccination is not effective, but not our issue. Was looking for medical treatment for actual ailment that the physician was not qualified to assess. Sad excuse for healthcare

Not worth going there! -Abnormal high wait time compared to number of allowed patients in waiting area. -The receptionist keeps receiving phonecalls and doing other stuffs and delays attending to queue. -Doctor doesn't meet you with ANY covid symptoms. Went there double vaccinated for over 14 days with negative covid test but still they refused to let me see a doctor after long waiting. Seriously?! Total waste of time! There are other walk-ins in Sudbury that are way better than this!

Called with an issue at a reasonable time for the Telehealth service. They took my information then I was told I would receive a call from the doctor shortly. Days later I am still waiting for Northwood to call me and provide help. Finding a reliable clinic in Sudbury seems to be an issue.

I went to the clinic on Wednesday, March 16th around 330-4pm after finding some surprising news out. My family doctor is out of town and wasn’t able to speak to me for at least another week but she always asks for blood work before moving forward so I went to the clinic to get a req. for lifelabs. This female doctor made feel like an absolute idiot, for even coming in and talking about my situation. She judged me for not being married, for taking a contraceptive pill, called my family doctor a liar as well as my nuero specialist for recommending I don’t take certain medications. I am a well kept person, but she treated me like I just came off the street. Anyways… moving forward.. I went to a different walk in clinic (LaSalle) and they provided me the req that I needed. Got my lab results, and I now have some very concerning elevated lab reports. Shout out to southend walk-in clinic for not taking my concerns seriously.

This is the absolute worst clinic in Sudbury. I came in with an injured knee. I was greeted with no where to sit in a crowded hallway since 5 was the maximum inside. I was okay with that. I waited there for at least 20 minutes. Then I was finally inside the clinic where nobody helped me and I stood at an empty desk for another 30 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes in the exam room waiting for the doctor. The doctor was extremely rude, cutting me off and not being very helpful. I left only to realize she had made a mistake on my forms which would force me to return to work before I was ready. I am still here, still waiting for them to fix this mistake. They’re having me redo the process of seeing the doctor forcing the people after me who also need care to wait even longer. DO NOT GO HERE!! The LaSalle Clinic has a friendly staff, they will see you in a reasonable time and their pharmacy has a great team. Highly recommend there instead.

I was very upset at being refused service because my health card is out of province and I am in Ontario visiting. They said they wouldn't let me see anyone unless I paid $50 cash. I explained I didn't have $50 cash and I was still refused service. I researched this, and the costs are all billed back to my home province health, it's just this clinic taking an extra cut. I've often been out of province and had to use medical services. Never once have I been refused service. Until now.
