I really dislike going to this office. Cold, unwelcoming and borderline incompetent receptionist staff. I loath dealing with her/them. She is constantly not giving me important basic directions for what I should do before procedures (ie. take pain killers, have a full bladder, etc) or just other general mess ups. When you ask for clarification, she actually rolls her eyes and acts dismissive and irritated for you asking. It's really infuriating when it happens almost every visit. Unfortunately my doctor doesn't know who I am despite several visits and is missing vital info in my chart which I keep reminding her about and she never makes note of. I also would describe her like a cold ice queen. I hardly ever deal with the actual doctor, and mainly only see the assistants, and then have to get most of my info second hand through the horrible receptionist. If there were another option I would go there. But there isn't.

Highly recommend this Neo Women’s Network. I was a patient on both sides of this clinic. Professional front desk staff and nurses. Very accommodating to my schedule. Quick to call back. Modern and clean facility. Both Doctors are amazing. I’ve been a patient of Dr Jocko for almost two years. She is knowledgeable and professional but she is also very kind. A rare find these days. Takes the time to actually get to know you. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. It’s so nice to finally have a clinic like this in the North with such an amazing staff.

The receptionist is very rude, cold and has no manners. She forgets to provide important information (e.g. needing certain bloodwork before going through the IUI process), she denies previous calls that were made in the past (e.g. indicates that I never called on my cycle day 1), hangs up the phone without greeting or before you ask other questions. Our IUI process was pushed back so many times due to information she forgot to give us, she doesn't do any follow-up if important papers were not received. The receptionist makes our journey through infertility very difficult eventhough this clinic is supposed to be bringing us hope. You always have to go through to her and can not talk to the doctors directly, which is very unfortunate. On another note, the nurses and the doctors are fantastic. If it wasn't for this receptionist, this clinic would get a five star review !

After experiencing our miscarriage this year, Dr. Jocko has been incredible through it all. From her compassion at the hospital, to now with us being new patients at NEO. The staff, Nurses and Doctors here are fantastic and have given us full hope that we will have our rainbow baby soon. Highly recommend these doctors.

Sometimes I find it difficult to communicate over the phone. I found it much easier to ask for a follow up appointment via Video chat so that I have so much time with the nurse to ask all the questions I have. During this time they are so patient with all my million and one questions! We have not been successful yet but I am so proud to have the Neo team behind us helping every step of the way. They do not hold my weight against me but they have suggested some healthy ways to try and lose a bit to help. will be doing our first IUI with them soon!

I highly regret suggesting this place to my wife. They constantly pushed the subject of vaccination on my wife and refused to answer her questions about the birth process until a later date which never came. They wouldn't let me in as the father at any point to ask questions or be involved in any way. They accidentally broke my wife's water during an examination and when I came in to help her out the staff still tried to make me go back outside. I didn't even know that I wasn't supposed to go to the emerg thanks to they're useless staff.

I had an appointment on December 3rd to have my IUD replaced. A few days ago (late January) I received a call from my drug store saying I had a prescription dated a month before that they were putting on hold because I did not come to pick it up. I was very confused because I was not told about this prescription and when I asked what doctor prescribed it I was told Karen Splinter. I phoned the office to ask about this and was told what the prescription was for, and when I asked to speak to the doctor I was told the next available phone call is in March and wasn’t given any more help or information. I was also told that I was called on January 21st, but I wasn’t told that this was a scheduled phone call and also have no message in my inbox about this phone call. When I was in the office everyone was very friendly and I had a good experience, but I am very disappointed in how this was handled and how unorganized this is. If I was prescribed something I should have been told so that I could pick it up.
