โ โ โ โ โ I've been dealing with this Regent street location for over 10 years now. I've had nothing but great and friendly service each and every time. They weren't happy till I was happy. I still call around to find the best price on rentals, and I keep finding myself going here. I highly recommend this branch to anyone who needs a car rental.

โ โ โ โ โ I was so frustrated the last time I rented their car for a day and charged me for 2 days! The guy in Oakville was so rude! He said I was lucky that he charged me for 2 days and not hourly! Poor customer service if you call their hotline too. They should probably train their people well when it comes to proper customer service. I will never use them again.

โ โ โ โ โ I had a rental arranged while my car was at the dealer. Anthony went above and beyond customer service-wise, had to leave a review! It was obviously busy when I came in and Anthony didnโt make me feel rushed at all. Took the time to go over the contract and we went through the car and it was super. I hope I donโt need another rental any time soon, but if I do I will request this branch because of the great service!
