★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have noticed at times the front desk workers appear unfriendly and impatient. perhaps they are busy IDK. this was not my experience the last time I was there though. maybe a change in staff or the person to whom I am referring to was not working. I have Dr. Nizerro at my family Dr. and I have zero complaints with him as my doctor at this time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the doctors working there is the worst ever, doesn't care what your problem is, if it doesn't fit in his text book philosophy its nothing for anyone to be worried about. And the staff at the front desk need to learn respect. I am totally fed up with this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Cote is very easy to talk to and understanding. He listens to concerns and has treated mental and physical problems wt in my family. He's great with my children and can relate because he has children of his own. And he gets right to the point wtout rushing you out...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient here for approximately 4 years and let me say I am far from impressed. My doctor rushes me out every visit, legitimate health concerns are ignored, I wait over 45 minutes for scheduled appointments frequently. I have tried to call constantly for the past week straight and nobody answers, I have no extension, there isn't even an answering system or a message to say they aren't in. I have medical concerns that need to be addressed by my family doctor, not a walk in clinic. If you won't answer your phones at least make sure your patients are taken care of.
Just for the record, this was not a good place to put a medical clinic.
