★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this clinic numerous times. The doctors are knowledgeable and friendly. The reason for the one star review, is because of the unfriendly and rude receptionist. While I waited to be registered today, she was continuously complaining to her two young coworkers about how "swamped" she was, with a total of three people waiting to be seen. She then proceeded to text on her phone for a couple minutes, before telling me that I couldn't be seen.
I went to another clinic, and was seen immediately.
I can understand Policy, but the fact she has an attitude problem, consistently, makes me think I won't be frequenting this clinic anymore.
0/10 due to the rude receptionist. Find someone who doesn't mind interacting with the public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to book an appointment for COVID testing is like pulling teeth, without anesthetic. Except getting my wisdoms pulled actually happened.
Phone recordings direct you to non-existant numbers, you can't speak to someone, and the voicemail hangs up on you.
Still waiting on a call back from this clinic after choosing it via the actual COVID booking service due to proximity. My employer and school apparently just have to wait.
No worries, I love putting my life on hold for government mandated tomfoolery carried out by elite mickey-mousers.

Won’t be going back to this clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great visit was greeted by a friendly receptionist seen within 15 minutes of arrival, Dr. Falconi was attentive, friendly and provided me with the care, knowledge, and understanding I hoped to receive. Will be my new go to for walk in care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was just there. I was telling doc about my skin medication and i was concerned about other issue. But insted of helping me out. She was in such hurry that she told me that visit again and book different appointment for other issue. She was like Only one issue can be considered in this session And she let me out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never in all my life, sat in the waiting room of a clinic, while the doctor called me from inside of the clinic, only to tell me that the form I brought was done all wrong and that the organization that gave me the form did it wrong and as a 30+ year physician he doesn’t do it that way….and then proceeded to tell me how it should be done. What should be done, is he should retire. I’ve never been treated so badly.
No worries though, went to Northwood Clinic and they knew exactly what to do with the form and got it done in minutes all while seeing a doctor face to face.
Do not go to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist is absolutely unprofessional and extremely rude and unhelpful !! Completely miserable Everytime I've went in and makes you feel uncomfortable. I just called to get my 2 year old daughter looked at and because I didn't have her health card on hand she refused to help me at all. She could have easily went Into her files and found it but no that's to much work I suppose. Instead she put me on hold twice all the while being rude then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone when I called back. To the owner the receptionist is your first line of interaction with your clients/patients. you can do better this is completely unacceptable
