Was also prescribed something that had nothing to do with my medical problem. Not enjoying these passive aggressive replies to other negative reviews either.

A	Alexis Fuller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was turned away with strep throat (I have had strep throat multiple times and been treated at this clinic). The person at the front desk leaned away from me, asked me if I was vaccinated (I am), and still told me to wait until Friday and come back. I advised I could not - strep throat becomes really painful and is also contagious, and dangerous if left untreated. I was then advised to go to the ER or call a number to a virtual clinic, which I was provided a wrong number.
M	Morgan Bray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist was really nice but I never even got seen. I went in and there were 4-5 people ahead of me. I registered and waited. As I was waiting they were bringing people back that had registered after me/others, people who had just come in (after explicitly telling me the next open room was mine), and just overall seemed to be “triaging” patients which makes little sense at a walk-in clinic. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes I was put into a room. I heard the doctor in room 1 when I was going to room 3, then he went to room 2, then back to room 1 (with new people), then back to room 2 (also with new people - also someone who registered over 20 minutes after I had arrived initially). Finally after waiting for 25 additional minutes in a room I went out to ask what was going on and was just told “it is not your turn” and that “they just go in order to each room so they have not missed you.” I assured her they had skipped over my room twice and she told me I was wrong. You can hear everything through the walls (patients talking to doctors and right outside room 3 is where they stand to shuffle papers around before going to the next person) so I know they had been through at least two rounds of people and skipped me twice.

I just wanna know why today at 8:30pm it was completely dark and the parking lot was empty? There was no note on the door or anything to say you were closing early? I'm not upset I'm just curious.

However, disappointing to have a child with a 40-degree fever and to check the online walk-in clinic hours and call the telephone line - all to be told the clinic closes at 9pm, only to arrive and find the doors locked and the place empty at 8:10pm. Seems to be a common practice based on other recent reviews. (Today, 3 days ago, a week ago… ?)
