But we’ll worth it. We have to remember it is a walk-in clinic and she is on her own. Thank you Lynne. My daughter and I are grateful you are there for us. ??

I was planning on going to emerge and waiting likely 6-8 hours since I dont have a family dr or psychiatrist anymore, but a friend suggested this clinic instead due to the wait times likely being shorter. I wasnt sure they'd be able to help me given it was a psychiatrist (or psychologist... i always confuse the two) that I needed, but I decided to try anyways. I got there around noon and waited just an hour and a half. The people were VERY friendly and INCREDIBLY helpful!! Once it was my turn, things went quickly! Within I'd say 10 minutes I had the script renewal and walked out of there with my medication in hand. The people working there really make the place. They go out of their way to help as much as they POSSIBLY can. I am so glad I went there today!! I am so thankful for them!!! Definitely recommend!!!
C	Cori Patton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a joke. We waited 5 hours today to be told that there’s nothing they can do for an ear infection. The actual doctor wasn’t even PRESENT! It was a nurse and the real doctor was seeing you via Skype from Mississauga. What a joke. My girlfriend mentioned she can’t be on a certain medication more than a dozen times to them and they STILL prescribed it to her. She left crying and frustrated… this will complaint will go further than just being a google review I can promise that.

She even helped my partner and got him set up talk to a doctor as well! Absolutely amazing. I will definitely come back if I ever need help again
A	Abby Careyyy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody is friendly - however I arrived 1 minute after open time listed online (10am) to get in early, and was told a 3 hour wait. HOW could that possibly be? Well turns out the door was let open a half an hour early before listed open time. It was unfortunate, as I totally could have came half an hour earlier if I thought I wouldn’t be stuck outside waiting. Ended up waiting 4+ hours when I honestly could have probably gotten faster and more thorough service at the hospital emergency room for my symptoms, which I would usually consider the long way around.
J	Jesse English on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little walk-in. Before seeing a doctor you first meet with Lynn who is amazing and makes the visit feel personalized. After checking vitals and going over your reason for being there with Lynnn, you get a quick impersonal online visit with the Dr. on the computer. Connecting to a Dr via the computer seems to be a long process as there are so many of them and you have to wait for one of them to accept your case. Again, Lynn made it bearable and provided all the support I would expect from a long time family doctor despite it being a walk in. Wonderful.

Friendly assistant to speak with inside the room. Very diligent & attentive pharmacist. Would recommend. Simple and comfortable. Got my right medicine to cure my problem. That's what I appreciate. Loved it here. Thank you so much Peterborough Clinic!
