I was sooo relaxed I think I snoozed. ? RJ the owned is a really nice, informative gentleman. Made me feel safe and comfortable. The rooms are clean and the atmosphere is perfect or relaxing. Go for a float. You won't regret it!

Amy talked to me about what would happen, asked what I was expecting, and gave me lots of options. The room was clean, had wonderful aromatherapy, soft music, dim lights, and a warm massage table. I was having some issues with my shoulder and Any made sure to talk about what she felt during the session and how I can work on it at home. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be booking another session.

RMT Amy Scott is absolutely amazing at her job and I highly recommend her. I have only visited the flow spa once but I will definitely be returning in the near future for another massage. The owner was also very nice and accommodating. 5 stars service.

My husband has done the float cabins and highly recommends them. It’s such a great way to relax and become “one” with yourself. I usually get a massage by Amy Scott. She is honestly AMAZING! She is very knowledgeable and addresses any issues I may have. She always offers tips and techniques for stretching to help in between visits. I very much recommend Flow Spa for your relaxation needs!

I can’t say enough about Flow Spa.The float tank is a truly amazing experience. It’s become a regular part of my routine and has been a major boost for my mental and physical health .
