Here we are a short while later and I have learned how to improve my pelvic floor health and have been working with Ella to fix the problem. I feel so much better and will continue to work on my own doing everything she has taught me. Thank you Ella for your kindness, patience and for listening to me with such compassion.

I was specifically seeing Kierstyn. The first week of seeing her I wasn’t able to do the exercises because of my pain that she prescribed. The next week I went back, she made the exercises more accessible for me so I was able to do them which was fantastic. I seen Melissa today too as Kierstyn wasn’t available and she was amazing too. Go to Pulse for your overall wellness needs - you won’t regret it!!

We worked on his foot and all of the exercises and tips she gave were very straight forward and easy to do at home. We have been very happy with our baby’s progress and with the help that Ella gave us. Highly recommend her!

Emma was amazing; she asked what I wanted out of the physiotherapy and based the care plan on my unique symptoms and goals. Her explanations of both the injury and the exercises were very thorough. She was always asking for feedback on how the exercises and stretches were working for me, and changed things accordingly. Not only did she help me work toward regaining strength in my foot and ankle, but she got movement back in my ankle that I thought I had permanently lost over a decade ago, and did it safely. I can't thank you enough!

I have been to a few other clinics before and never experienced a facility like this. The fitness area is large, open and very clean - giving you lots of space and comfort to learn the exercises. The private exam rooms are great too, providing lots of privacy and comfort. The knowledge and expertise is top notch. Connor is my Physiotherapist and he is very personable, great listener, and tells you exactly what you need to do to recover from your injury. In addition to everyone being super friendly, the scheduling of your next appointment and payment processes are seamless. This clinic has really thought of every detail to make it easy.
