My injured hip was so painful I could no longer walk nor run. Kathy and Rose gave me exercise, dry needling and shockwave therapies. I'm so happy that I am walking and jogging (not running yet but I am hopeful). I am amazed how quickly their treatments have helped my body repair. I recommend this place so highly. This is truly the best place I have ever been.

I see Rosemary and she is super patient, curious about the ailments, asks good questions and generally made me feel super comfortable. We discussed goals early in our consultation which really allowed me to know that we shared similar views on a plan for my recovery. Their office is also very conveniently located downtown if you are arriving by bike, transit or car. They have also restored a century home for their office using a great level of thought, vision and care.

She explained everything in a detailed but understandable way and told me how she would progress with treatment. I have been given exercises to do at home to continue the healing and strengthening of my elbow and am benefitting greatly from the treatment during my appointments with Rose. I would highly recommend her as a very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic physiotherapist.

What I love most about these physiotherapists is their knowledge and desire for continued learning. They are always expanding their use of different techniques and technology for use in their treatments. Another thing to note is that there is plenty of parking available for my car and a bike rack for when I ride to appointments. It’s very convenient.

The facility is impeccable and well designed with clients in mind. Every team member is friendly and client focussed. Kathy's diagnosis and course of treatment was clear, well communicated and gave relief to the issue I brought to her. I still can't throw a 100 mph fastball but otherwise I could not have asked more. I'm in the hospitality business and sincerely hope they don't open a hotel!

She was very attentive to the issue, and delved deeper into the root of the problem and gave me ways to be proactive moving forward. She made sure that I was satisfied with the service provided before I left my appointment, and even stayed after for debriefing after my allotted time had expired. The care and attention she gave me during my first visit years ago made me a repeat customer, and her skills and expertise have only improved and I was even more impressed with my treatments this time around. Would recommend 10/10 for anyone looking for a professional, effective and caring appointment.
