I highly reccomend it.
Very convenient, polite, kind and responsive staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The corporate setup to do the testing for the group was fast and very convenient. One problem, the code one the results could not be scanned by the west jet kiosk. Required waiting in line and a manual input by airline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve used their services four time now. (Back-and-forth from the US twice ) The Vancouver branch was friendly and quick. However, it was very frustrating, trying to set up a video conference call on the both times. They never gave me a proper link, the time schedules were out of whack and only one time during the day was available, they were able to help me earlier but I had to wait in my hotel room for over two hours uncertain of when I would get the video conference test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent experience at Whistler Wellness. The provider had lots of patients but handled it very well. We got our antigen results about 1.5 hours after we were swabbed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The testing was quick and easy. I was tested at 7:45 am. The only problem was as of 3:30 pm, I had not gotten an email with the results even though people tested after me had received theirs. I had to call the 800 number. Once I spoke to someone there, I received my results via email within a few minutes.
