S	Sandy Chrest on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so pleased with Dr R and his staff. We have been seeing Dr R since moving to Warman 2 years ago. The clinic was highly recommended by my brother and now my whole family are his patients. I have family working in health care in a different area of the province and they have commented, that the efficiency and knowledge we have been treated with is second to none. Thank you Dr R , Tracy and staff.

It was the only place in Warman open for walk-ins on a Saturday, I got there right at 10am, they were very busy but I didn't wait long and the receptionist was very nice. The first thing I notice when the Doctor came in is that his mask was completely pulled down so I could see his upper lip and entire nose. This was a huge red flag for me, as a medical professional he should be taking the canadian health guidelines seriously and not deliberately disregarding them, especially since I was there with my 8month old who can't wear a mask. I started to explain why I was there and he talked over me many times not allowing me to finish explaining everything and talked so quickly I couldn't understand everything he was saying. As frustrating as that was he did send us to get xrays done immediately, and he seemed to know what he was talking about when I could understand him. I understand it was busy but he needed to slow down and make sure the information he is providing is being understood, since that's why we are coming to a professional in the first place. I'd definitely go again if I really need to but don't recommend this clinic if you're going for something serious or complicated.

It’s not the needle itself that bothers me, it’s the use of the rubber tourniquet that makes me feel nauseous. I had an amazing experience here with my lab tech. I voiced my sensory related concerns and she accommodated me politely and professionally. I would definitely go back again to get my blood work done.
S	Shirlee Olekson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. R was amazing. He prescribed a combination of meds for me when I contracted COVID. They were a life saver. I did not have to go to hospital and I recovered at home. When I went for a PCR test, the nurse that administered the test told me how fortunate I was that I had a dr. That administered meds and kept me out of hospital. The nurse said if more doctors administered meds like Dr. R we would not have the mess at the hospitals we now have. Dr. R is truly an amazing Doctor. Thank you.

Instead of sending a prescription immediately as most doctors do when you bring up anxiety, this doctor instead took the time to actually talk to me and discuss different types of therapy, a helpful app and info, and the importance of meditation/mindfulness, and exercise. He has an accent, but I could understand him and when I didn't he clarified with no problem. I will definitely be back and would recommend him to everyone - it was incredibly refreshing to have a doctor actually prescribe healthy preventative advice instead of just pushing pills at me.

She did such a good job at distracting my son and made it so that it wasn't so scarey for him. She hit the vein the first try and was super gentle but quick. I was really stressed about getting it done but she made it as seamless as possible.
L	Leona Vindeg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience ever here! My son has autism and had a hard time regulating himself in a new clinic. I was helping him to calm down when Dr. R picked up my son without my permission, held him tight and told my 4 year son to be quiet or he will keep him there and Mom will leave with out him. This further traumatize my son and to this day we can not drive past his clinic without him showing signs of distress! Dr. R also told me to medicate my son because he is violent. That if I don’t, blood would be on my hands if he harmed someone. My child was and still is a very clam child who is definitely not violent. He is sweet and caring little boy. I would never recommend Dr. R to anyone. Look him up before you make the choice to see him, he has many other patient that have filed complaints about him for his terrible bedside manner. I don’t generally leave reviews, but this one is important to let others in my situation to be aware.
