Our store owner, Gloria Simoes, says that a shopping trip to her boutique in Warman is a must, because it’s one stop shopping for everything from casual, office, cruise, graduation and weddings. De’Amore Boutique not only sells the latest fashions in formal clothing, but also all the accessories, including purses, shoes and jewelry. Simoes also handles any necessary clothing alterations. Gloria grew up in Portugal, where she fell in love with fashion at the age of 15 and later obtained her degree in designing and sewing garments at college there. Soon after graduation, she got married and moved to Canada. A stay-at-home mom for 10 years, she decided to re-enter the fashion world. “It makes me so happy to see people happy!”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my dress from here a while ago. The one lady that works there, I think her name is Lynn, wouldn’t shut up about her kid and give us some space. She was condescending and narcissistic and had no construct of privacy. The other staff and dresses are amazing here but honestly just go somewhere else. Other people whom I graduated with and got their dresses here have had the same experience.

Originally this review was one star. I just received a call from the owner and she apologized profusely. She is a very sweet woman and told me she was going to fix it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assistant there is TERRIBLE. We wanted some time to think it over before committing to buy 3 bridesmaid dresses which I think a lot of people would. I then overheard her say to the owner “Oh, they aren’t buying them today?”. We called back a few days later to ask for the measurements they took and she refused to give them to us. I will say however that the owner is extremely kind and understanding. I was hesitant about leaving a poor review but I just can’t get over how rude the assistant was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had a big selection for a small town store. ended up finding the dress i wanted for my grad. staff were helpful. there was a mixup with the dates on the staffs end of things but i was still able to get in on my original planned date for the fitting. there was another mix up with my payment but that was resolved quickly too. overall, make sure to keep your receipts, but that goes with everything nowadays.
