★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased some shapewear for under a dress that refused to stay down. It was impossible for me to know this when I tried it on as it started happening after wearing it for awhile. I was very honest when I contacted Laura, letting them know I had worn it but I don't feel it is fair to make it final sale with such a major issue when worn. They refused to help in any way, shape or form; all they did was copy and paste their return policy to their email. I will not shop at Laura ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My grandma is a frequent customer here and all of the sales staff know her! Their sales are usually quite good, too. I took my grandma in yesterday to help her do a return, and Karen helped us, and it was hands down one of the best customer service experiences of my life! She was extremely helpful and friendly and was really great with my grandma. I would absolutely come back next time I visit! Thank you to everyone here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Laura's to find a unique wedding dress and the customer service was over and beyond. Karen was so helpful and gave me the full bride experience with accessories and pictures. I didn't expect that going in at all. Probably one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had and it was so unexpected. They made a sale and gained a repeat customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've found some of my favorite pieces here over the years. I can't ever walk in without finding something I adore. My only issue is that they give off Pretty Woman-store vibes. If I'm wearing a peacoat and carrying a designer purse, I'm helped right away. If I'm wearing a winter coat and sweatpants, I just get stared at like I'm the most terrifying thing they've ever seen. "Big mistake. Big. Huge. I have to go shopping now"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! I haven't been for years and decided to stop after work to look for a new coat. I had a few experiences with pushy ladies at other stores. Karen Louise helped me and was wonderful. I loved that she was helpful without hovering. After such a pleasant experience, I plan on returning again. *Update* all the associates were wearing masks except the one who had her mask hanging off her ear. If someone is backing up maybe don't keep walking closer.
