I missed the call and still came into the clinic, just to be told it was cancelled. They rebooked me for March 16th. Just today I received a call saying they can’t take me anymore. Waste of my time tbh!!!!
C	Casey McDougall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let me start by saying the doctors at this office are wonderful. The issue is with the receptionist. If she wasnt working there i would be giving 5 stars. Unfortunately she makes you leave any interaction with her feeling stupid and frustrated. It seems like she hates her job and dealing with the public. I have stayed at this clinic for years because of my doctor who is wonderful, but I will be thrilled the day i call or come in and dont have to deal with the horrible lady at the front desk. Time for an empolyee change.

This clinics stance is that it would cause tension and be alienating to their doctors to cross schedule patients, therefore if you’re family doctor is not available you are fresh out of luck. To Express you’re struggling with anxiety and depression when calling your trusted family clinic to find out patient needs aren’t crucial enough to make a top priority, is so discouraging and in my opinion is poor practice. Absolutely disgusted with the new ownerships take on patient care and scheduling. Leaving people in positions like this is how self medicating and addictions issues arise. Do better
S	Shelbey Sawatzky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my first experience with willowgrove medical today and while I was happy with the doctor the receptionist was not professional what so ever and did not treat me the way you should treat a patient. Not only that, but when booking my original appointment there was very minimal communication about this appointment!! Also can’t get another appointment for 5 months. That’s absolutely insane! I’d like to say Dr Agomo seemed really nice and the lady that brought me back were quite nice and super helpful! Remember your receptionist is the first person to great your patients wether it be the phone or in person..

It's hard to get one on the phone, but you have to call to book an appointment since there are only a couple time slots available for online booking. And they're just not that nice to you, sometimes pretty rude. A shame!
K	Katie Hardin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Dr is great - amazingly kind, personable and cares about you. However, it’s so hard to book appointments. They are understaffed so bad. I’m on hold often 30 minutes to book an appointment and when I finally get through I often have to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment with my doctor. The receptionists, being overworked probably, are also so incredibly unfriendly and sometimes even rude and impatient.

She doesn't know who is doing phone appointments and in person appointments or who's even working half the time. She is very much not a people person at all and sounds so monotone "I don't care," all the time. She leaves patients feeling stupid and angry and as if they aren't sure that their appointments are actually accurate. I don't even see a physician at this clinic. This is based off a friend of mine and seeing and hearing about her interactions with this doctors office. Her doctor is great. Super nice guy, I've been in the room with her. But the way it's run is absolutely ridiculous. Time to fire some people. Or, find a different doctor. I can get an appointment with mine within 10 days. Even when it's an emergency she can't get in within 30 days for a 5 minute appointment. You need to do better guys. There are walk in clinics that make you look like amateurs. Seriously.

I waited a reasonable amount of time, very closely matching the suggested time expected. There was a good sized waiting area with nicely spaced chairs. The intake nurse was cheerful and helpful. The doctor was friendly and supportive. It was a good experience and I would definitely go there again for a minor ailment.
