★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to try one of the new family dr after having a great experience with the walk-in. I came in a few months ago to the walk-in to get some stitches done after waiting in the hospital for a couple hours. It was the end of the day and the dr who helped me was great. He was friendly and fast and the stitches were well done. I decided to book in to see one of the new family Dr's there, Dr. Jewitt. She is an amazing family Dr. She's so friendly and knowledgeable and makes me feel comfortable coming in to see her. On my second visit, she remembered a lot of details from my previous visit. This means a lot. She an amazing dr!

I was at this clinic from the time my oldest son was born and when my daughter was born (my kids are turning 10yrs and 8yrs). When Dr S Paruk moved, we had an intro appt with his replacement. which from my understanding went fine No one told me he wasn't going to be our family dr, but that we will try things out... Covid hit... some time after the lock downs tried to make an appt for my oldest when the receptionist told me he never agreed to be our family dr... So I guess I don't have a family dr? and with covid its impossible to find anyone else. plus my kids files are there. No one has been answering the phones. I understand we were/are in a pandemic, but kinda rude to leave a family high and dry like that. no commutation... I loved this office... I am not even sure if I can even call this my drs office any more...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was a little upset that a walk in got seen by my Dr before me and I had an appointment. Didn't get seen till about 25mins after appointment time. But my Dr (Dr.Chhina) is super awesome, kind, quick, and polite! Highly recommend if he is still accepting new patients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor said my 9 week baby was fine and sent me on my way. Went to another doctor and next day and now I've been admitted to the hospital for at least 2 weeks with a tube up her nose. This could have been fixed earlier and saved my little girl from losing weight and not growing properly had the doctor cared to actually try being a doctor in past checkups. Had the same issue with my other daughter at another time. No longer my family doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Mandeep Cchina is my daughter’s new family doctor and we are new to Erindale Health Centre. I would recommend them as booking an appointment is easy, receptionists and assistants are nice and Dr Cchina listens to your concerns. I am gald she looks after my daughter well.

Called ahead of time to check wait times and it was reasonable
Called once I got there to let them know I was there, waited on hold for a bit but I was very understanding as receptionist shortage today. She was very kind and assisted me accordingly.
A man entered after me was was completely rude and disrespectful, slammed the door because he couldn't have his way. Complete walk in, no calling, nothing and expected to receive a service that was only available during the week.
I was very pleased with how she handled the situation.
Please remember to be kind, specially to those working in health care areas now more than ever, but also always.
My first visit and I am very happy with how today went. The doctor was also amazing.
Keep up the good work, you are appreciated.

I appreciate the fact that even though I saw him as a walk in, he made me feel like I had been a patient of his for years.
