Here in Saskatoon, folks know me as VacDaddy. It’s no wonder, since I’ve been carrying a vacuum around for at least 32 years now. I’ve got vacuums and brushes, and all the other specialized tools needed to clean HVAC systems. I don’t do it alone, of course. We’ve got a whole team of skilled professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a commercial property half built and when I finished developing it i hired these guys to clean ducts. Keep in mind this partially built restaurant was abandoned for aprox 10 years. They cleaned ducts and the 2 brothers visited restaurant once I opened. The one bro was constantly commenting that my furnace ducts were so dirty when they cleaned them and i commented that yes im sure they were , thats why I hired someone to clean them. He even commented that our ice in his drink was warm!!! He was super obnoxious and unprofessional. I think these guys might want to only clean out ducts that are already clean. Search out other duct cleaners.

We had VacDaddy come in to clean them up for us and have been very happy with the whole experience. They were easy to arrange an appointment with and the team that came were professional and did a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick to take booking, showed up on time. Ducts were cleaned very poorly. Had to have it done a second time(owner sent someone back with no questions), the employee clearly did not want to be there. I asked if he cleaned the furnace, he assured me he had, i reached into the furnace and pulled out a handfull of hair and dust, he just stared at the floor knowing he had been caught. He confessed he had not sanitized the vents and that he had not cleaned some of the runs.
Did a very poor cleaning the second time, marked up my freshly painted walls, didnt touch the a/c coil again, left the furnace again, and only sterilized 2/3rds the ducts.
Messaged the owner, let him know i was not satisfied again, sent multiple pictures, he was to call me when they got caught up. I messaged him at Christmas to re book for a 3rd time, no response. Im not going to waste time chasing someone down for re work a third time.
I hired a other outfit to come, this guy sent a camera down the ducts, said that it was far overdue for a cleaning(didnt tell him this had just been done). The ducts, furnace, air exchanger and a/c coil all looked brand new when he was done.
Most frustrating thing is that i was charged over $600 from Vacdaddy and the services were never completed properly until i hired another company.
Poor service, not recommended
