★ ★ ★ ★ ★ secatorys treat the place like their own personal hang out . Never answer phones just talk the whole time you there . well in the waiting room for the hour and half after your appointment should of started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot begin to describe my disappointment. My Mother, desperately sick, called the Lively Medical Center Friday morning asking to see Dr. Bayly. She was told twice that Dr. Bayly was not there. She was confused to hear this as one of our local pharmacists had told my Mother that Dr. Bayly was in fact at the Center. After hearing this I myself called only to be told that Br. Bayly was not there. Soon after this, Dr. Bayly called over to the pharmacy to prescribe my Mother something to help her breath. My Mother was lied to, I was lied to and it is my personal opinion that the person who lied to us should be ashamed of themselves. I plan to bring this up with Doctor Bayly myself. I can't believe that a health care professional would act this way to sick patient.

3 appts now missed..no call..no apology..no call back to re book..just nothing!!!!!..doesn't return calls..faxes..meds always late now with this Dr.
I know people need new Dr's.. now I do as well ..
Can't stay with a Dr that does nothing for people..can't even keep an appt!!!!!!
