L	Ladonna Clatworthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sure we all need meds from time to time and the rexall has that but thats all they have someone needs to send the workers on a course for how you say bed side manners they all hide behind a counter don't seem to really care about customers I realize its covid and there is plexiglass everywhere so they have those measures in place just personality needs work..

Thus, I came into the store for a prescription. The girl told me I was impatient and treated the customer very poorly. It took the girl an hour and a half to just put in my insurance policy. After an hour and a half of trying, she told me it’s an hour wait to pick up the prescription!
m	marlene d on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in and out of the hospital very sick and was directed to this pharmacy for a specific antibiotic that my own pharmacy did not carry. I was treated very unpleasantly by an older woman with short brown hair who informed me they did not carry it and she had no idea why I was told they did. When I inquired if she knew of another pharmacy in the area that would possibly have this antibiotic in stock, I was given a very disrespectful response and she acted as if I was wasting her time. If you work in the health care environment you should know that people who are sick deserve to be treated with patience and kindness, and should recognize that we may need some assistance.

C	CM Lesher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this pharmacy for 20 years or so. The staff have always been very nice and very helpful. They are sometimes a little slow when busy, but I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. They also do flu shots, which is convenient. They had trouble automatically synchronizing my prescriptions when they switched computer systems a few years ago, but eventually got everything manually synchronized. The only thing I do not like is the hands-on door system, but they have sanitizer on hand outside and inside.
